Description
Overview Performs clinical imaging procedures to include Nuc Med, CT, MRI, General X-ray, or US with proficiency at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Uses independent judgment and initiative to perform state-of-the-art imaging. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. Qualifications Education required: High School Diploma or GED required License, certification & registration: ARRT Licensure or NMTCB required. Requires proficiency at a technical level, not requiring constant supervision, in 2 of the following modalities: (X-ray, CT, CNMT, MRI, or Ultrasound. When one of 2 modalities is Ultrasound, must be ARDMS registered. If one of 2 modalities is CT, CT certification is required within one year. BLS certification required.
