Overview Responsible for maintaining the uniform operation of the department by performing a broad range of duties. Receives and processes necessary paperwork; maintains on-going records, performs exams according to policy while assuring patient safety, comfort and protection. Assists the radiologist and attending physician. Communicates effectively and appropriately, works efficiently and productively, maintains a clean and safe environment by demonstrating proper use and care of equipment. Reflects a caring attitude for patients, visitors, and employees. Qualifications 1. Must have completed a clinical competency, in training and in good standing with the Radiology Program at an affiliate school of Radiology. (GSCC or WSCC). 2. Students should have completed at least one semester clinical rotation in this department or be willing to complete an in-service with one of our Registered Technologist before beginning a weekend shift. 3.
