Description
We are seeking a dynamic techno-commercial Business Development Manager to lead our growth within the Data Center market across MEA. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in cooling and water treatment systems with commercial acumen, capable of engaging key stakeholders from design to operations phase. You will build long-term partnerships with EPCs, OEMs, MEP consultants, and end-users while positioning Nalco Water as the preferred solutions for sustainable data center operations. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and grow strong multi-level relationships within global and regional accounts within the Data Center cooling and water management segment. Influence specifications through engagement with EPCs, MEP consultants, OEMs, and design firms. Manage the full specification cycle — opportunity scoping, proposal development, negotiation and support sales team for the sales closure. Drive specifications and targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. Conduct site audits, presentations, and technical training to end users and partners. Work closely with Segment Marketing, Technical Consultants, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for seamless execution. Mentor local technical service representatives and support capability building.
