• Plan, Develop & Execute Thailand Transformation Projects in addition to MFPE Operations for all current programs for Thailand, AAT, KDC, FVL & New ASEAN Projects to meet MP&L/ Corporate objectives • Drive MP&L Engineering to get the Best EBIT, FLOW, Material Stream and most efficient L&OH • Drive to Modernize Current & Future Programs, Improve E2E Digitization & IOT • Lead Work Streams and drive Cross Functional Kaizens for effective Problem Solving to Eliminate waste, improve flow, Improve Quality and Customer Focused Deliverance • Drive E2E TVM / Cost Efficiency Actions to meet Stretch Deliverables of Corporate Objectives • Manage a robust People Plan with a key focus on team development, training & skilling for future • Drive • Have a deep knowledge of Excellence, Focus and Collaboration in Ford Performance +, apart from strong in-depth hands-on experience working in various Material Flow Engineering & Packaging domain. • Continuously develop plans to simplify and minimize bureaucracy and add value to all stakeholders • Drive engineering safety to world class standards • Benchmark industry and keep informed of technology advances, sourcing & best pricing • Ensure adherence to GAO, ISO and Internal Control procedures • Lead initiatives on sustainability, new material usage in equipment / packaging design & Light Weighting • Deliver cost / F&T targets to meet corporate cost targets – TVM, Cost Avoidance and Job1 pricing. • Build strong networks across key teams – VME, PTME, MSAP, Programs, Finance, Program Purchasing, Plant Operations. • Manage the Change and lead transformational projects • Lead team by practicing servant leadership
