  • Utilize Dentrix to maintain accurate patient records and manage scheduling efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and any necessary changes.
  • Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with health information management policies.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with patients and dental staff members.
  • Support the dental neccessary duties as needed, including handling administrative tasks related to patient care.
