JOB OVERVIEW :

We are looking for an HR Executive – Generalist to handle key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training. You’ll ensure compliance with policies and labour laws while supporting a positive workplace culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma / Degree in HR or related field.
• 4 ~ 8 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Assist with performance management and employee development.
• Organize training programs and track their effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and documentation.
