This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience running payroll operations in a payroll company environment, especially using the iSolved platform. The right candidate will have strong communication and coordination skills, a client-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Knowledge of medical billing and prior training experience are a plus. Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on time using the iSolved platform Manage payroll data for multiple clients, employees, and pay groups Review timesheets, payroll changes, deductions, garnishments, and other payroll inputs Communicate with clients and employees regarding payroll questions, corrections, and follow-up items Coordinate payroll schedules and ensure all deadlines are met Reconcile payroll reports and identify/resolve discrepancies quickly Maintain accurate employee and client payroll records Support onboarding of new clients and implementation into payroll workflows Ensure compliance with payroll laws, regulations, and company procedures Assist with internal documentation, process improvements, and payroll-related reporting Provide support or training to team members or clients as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of payroll experience Strong working knowledge of the iSolved platform required Experience working in a payroll company, service bureau, or multi-client payroll environment preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and coordination skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Preferred Qualifications Medical billing knowledge Training or onboarding experience Familiarity with HR, benefits, and payroll tax processes What We’re Looking For Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills Professional and client-focused communication Dependable, organized, and proactive work style Ability to work independently and as part of a team
