JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities, the elderly, and those requiring assistance in daily living activities. QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Background in social work or related fields is a plus
• Knowledge of patient care techniques, including vital signs monitoring and meal preparation
• Familiarity with hospice care practices is advantageous
• Strong observational skills to identify changes in client condition or behavior
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and families
• Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others

• Monitor and record vital signs as needed

• Assist with patient observation, noting any changes in behavior or health status
• Support individuals with memory care needs through structured activities and routines
