TEMPORARY HR ADVISER

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Adviser to join our friendly team at Yeovil College. In this varied role, you’ll provide expert advice and hands-on support across recruitment, employee relations, induction, and HR processes.

• Advise managers and staff on HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Support casework including absence, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
• Lead on new starter inductions and probation reviews.
• Maintain accurate HR records and produce workforce reports.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
