Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Immigration Officer to support our team in day-to-day administrative and visa-related operations. The role involves handling Free Zone and mainland processes, maintaining trackers, and ensuring compliance with UAE immigration laws. Support day-to-day administrative operations within the Free Zone Department. Process Entry Permit (EP) applications with expertise in English-Arabic data entry. Handle visa-related processes including cancellation, renewal, and transfer. Process Emirates ID cards, salary letters, and NOCs in both Immigration and Free Zone portal systems. Manage all online HR and Free Zone portal processes, ensuring updates are accurate and timely. Maintain trackers, reports, and records effectively. Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders and meet deadlines. Resolve issues related to Free Zone portal operations and propose enhancements to portal features. Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in government or free zone operations. Strong knowledge of UAE visa processes and Free Zone portal systems. Excellent data entry skills in English and Arabic. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
