We now have an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Immigration Advisor accredited by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Level 3 Immigration Advisor at X Law, you will handle complex immigration cases, provide strategic legal advice, and represent clients in applications, appeals, and judicial review matters. You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and regulatory bodies to ensure cases are managed efficiently and in compliance with the highest professional standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide expert immigration advice across all areas of UK immigration law, including complex asylum, deportation, and human rights cases.
  • Prepare and submit applications under UK Immigration Rules, Appendix FM, EUSS, Skilled Worker, Points based applications and other relevant routes.
  • Represent clients at Immigration Tribunals, including preparing witness statements, appeal bundles, and skeleton arguments.
  • Conduct case assessments, identify legal options, and develop effective case strategies.
  • Manage a caseload independently, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed.
  • Maintain accurate records and case files in line with OISC/IAA compliance requirements.
  • Keep up to date with UK immigration law changes, policy updates, and case law.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior caseworkers where necessary.
  • Liaise with the Home Office, courts, and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients.
