We are seeking a confident and experienced Immigration Assistantwith superior organizational skills who is accustomed to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment.

EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 3 years of immigration and/or legal work experience including Labour Market Impact Assessments, Work Permit Applications, Temporary Resident Visas and Permanent Resident Visas.

EDUCATION

· Post secondary education, preferable immigration, legal or other relevant diploma or degree.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills;
· Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and time-sensitive environment;
· Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize;
· Professionalism and respect for confidentiality;
· Knowledge and experience with general accounting principles and procedures;
· Commitment to teamwork and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

· Liaise with clients, government departments, internal departments, and service providers regarding document and procedural requirements;
· Create and organize client service and beneficiary agreements;
· Perform administrative and office support activities relating to the preparation and submission of foreign worker applications, permits, and other forms and documents;
· Compile data and prepare technical reports and documents for internal and external stakeholders:
· Arrange payment of fees to appropriate government departments;
· Prepare client invoices;
· Other administrative duties as required.
