Description
- Proactively assist to manage the immigration process for a portfolio of clients from beginning to end, according to the agreed procedures and for all type of work and residence permits; - Prepares, files and follows up on work & residence permit applications; - Ensures compliance in Portugal regarding immigration procedures; - Coordinates solution-oriented immigration processes and ensures deadlines are met; - Informs all parties on the necessary immigration steps to be taken in an effective and efficient way; - Works structured, pro-actively, precisely and manages expectations; - Meet and communicates effectively with immigration authorities; - Organizes translations and/or legalizations, if necessary; - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field; - Open to applicants with relevant working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and other immigration and consulting experience will be considered as well; - Strong written and verbal communicational and interpersonal skills; - Fluency in English and Portuguese; - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Good ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines; - Client service focused, responsive and “can-do” open-minded attitude and approach;
Responsibilities
