You can also follow us on Linkedin and Instagram. Job description We are looking for an Associate to join our existing Immigration team in the Middle East. The role will involve: Caseworking Immigration cases across different client accounts Using our case management system to record your cases, save documents and track progress Provide your seniors with updates in relation to your cases Attending briefing and follow up calls with clients and their assignees Flagging any potential issues to your seniors and Managers Coordinating with other Vialto offices where required Preparing any document guidelines for new processes either technical or administrative processes; ● Maintaining and updating knowledge folders/precedent banks on our central repository folders Drafting short advisory notes over email where needed Assisting seniors and management with research including liaising with different Immigration authorities Writing and circulating minutes after meetings either internal or client meetings Updating client email templates with new information and process flows Billing cases in a timely manner Requirements We are interested in individuals who have the following experience and attributes: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus Preferably a minimum of one year in an Immigration or Global Mobility environment, with experience working on the end-to-end visa application process / working on expatriate moves Experience working in a professional service industry English is a must Experience in at least one GCC country, managing the end-to-end immigration process, is also preferred but not essential Ability to work as a team Ability to handle high case volumes Strong communication and analytical skills Additional Information We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.
