Position: Immigration Attorney
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid, Onsite for Consultations and Hearings)
Employment Type: Full-time, Base Salary plus Percentage of Clients/Cases

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active license to practice law in Las Vegas and/or Nevada
  • Strong knowledge of Immigration Law, including visas, asylum, removal defense, and citizenship
  • Experience handling immigration cases and working with immigration agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work proactively both independently and within a team environment
  • Prior experience in immigration law or a related field is preferred

ABOUT THE ROLE

Roife Law Group is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Immigration Attorney to join our dedicated team. This full-time, on-site position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients’ lives by providing expert legal advice and representation. You will manage a diverse caseload, including consultations, visa applications, removal defense, and other immigration matters, while staying abreast of evolving immigration policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct client consultations to assess immigration needs and develop tailored legal strategies
  • Prepare and submit visa applications, green cards, and other immigration petitions
  • Represent clients in deportation proceedings, administrative hearings, and interviews
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive, client-centered service
  • Provide clear and compassionate guidance to clients navigating complex legal processes
