IMMIGRATION CASE MANAGER

Larlee Rosenberg is looking for a Case Manager to join our growing and dynamic team. As a Case Manager, you will closely with our lawyers and clients. You will be focused on Canadian immigration matters, including all types of temporary and permanent residence applications, citizenship, and related litigation and enforcement issues. Case Managers also assist with billing and administrative tasks.
This is a full-time salaried position with extended health benefits. We offer competitive compensation and vacation entitlement, which will be reflective of your level of experience. We provide in house education and will support you in building new skills and advancing your knowledge.
Our offices are conveniently located downtown Vancouver near the Canada and Expo Lines. The Case Manager position requires a minimum of number of days in the office, in addition to the option to work remotely.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Completion of post-secondary degree and/or completion of an immigration diploma, legal assistant, paralegal program
-Minimum 2 years of related or transferable experience
-Excellent writing, communication, and client services skills
-Able to manage a quick-paced deadline-driven caseload
-A strong interest in immigration, HR, law, and/or global mobility coupled with a desire to learn
-Skilled in Microsoft Office, digital tools, and adaptable to new technologies and AI solutions in legal settings
Key terms: Full time, extended benefits, $55,000-$70,000
