OVERVIEW

At Eiffel Immigration, we are dedicated to guiding individuals and families through the Canadian immigration process with care and professionalism. As a Immigration Case Officer, you will work on-site in our Mississauga office, managing client files from intake to submission. This is a client-focused role with a pay range of $18–$20 per hour, offering you the opportunity to grow your career in immigration services while directly supporting newcomers to Canada.

SKILLS

  • Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficient in project management techniques to handle multiple cases efficiently.
  • Excellent interviewing skills to effectively communicate with applicants.
  • Familiarity with iManage for document management is preferred.
  • Administrative experience that demonstrates organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional research skills to support case evaluations.
  • Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Experience in data entry and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Demonstrated clerical experience that highlights attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Canadian immigration market (required).
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of IRCC portals and immigration procedures is an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Assess client eligibility for PR, work permits, study permits, and other immigration programs.
  • Collect, review, and organize client documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit files in coordination with RCICs and maintain compliance with IRCC standards.
  • Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and answer questions.
  • Maintain case records and track timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
