We provide specialist advice, advocacy and representation in all aspects of Public Children Law, Private Children Law, Domestic Abuse, Divorce and Separation, Financial settlement, asylum Applications and Appeals for minors as well as adults, Human Rights Immigration Applications and Appeals, Family Settlement Applications and Appeals, Student Visas Applications and Appeals, Settlement under other categories of immigration, Nationality Applications, judicial reviews, Bail Applications, Asylum Interviews, Entry Clearance applications and Appeals, Visitors Visa, migrant workers, Investment Visas.
Spring & Co Solicitors is looking for experienced I Level 2 IAAS accredited caseworkers to join our fast growing immigration department. Experienced candidates working towards achieving the Law Society Accreditation for Immigration Caseworker and Senior Caseworker will be considered.

The ideal candidate will undertake a variety of cases involving issues such as Asylum, Human Rights, Appeals, Bail & Detained Asylum Casework and Judicial Review, attending detention centres and undertake IRC as required, private immigration applications, appeals, and Administrative Reviews.

  • managing own caseload and supervising others if appropriate.
  • advising clients and preparing applications and statements to the required standard.
  • advise, assess and collate relevant documents for immigration applications, appeals, judicial reviews.
  • undertake public immigration work and deal with legal aid applications.
  • Be able to ensure a high level of service with existing clients in order to secure repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest relevant legislation, policy changes and changes in the law.
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Be accredited at Caseworker, Level 2 IAAS or working towards achieving Level 2 Caseworker accreditation in a short period.
  • Clean driving licence is desirable
  • experience in undertaking legal aid immigration work is desirable.
  • liaison with counsel, social workers, tribunals and Home Office
  • Clear Enhanced CRB is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,809.50-£30,000.00 per year
