We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to potential clients seeking immigration assistance, while ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in immigration, recruitment, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of immigration programs and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
    This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about helping people achieve their immigration goals while driving sales performance.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and understand clients’ immigration requirements and eligibility.
  • Provide accurate information about visa options, processes, and required documentation.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels, including referrals, marketing leads, and cold calls.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Guide clients in preparing and organizing required documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of applications.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes to provide accurate guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and progress in their application process.
  • Provide post-sales support as needed.
  • Work closely with the operations and legal teams to align sales efforts with service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy development for achieving sales goals.
