  • Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or any related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and processes for Western and European countries is an advantage.
  • Experience
  • Proven experience in sales, client management, or immigration consulting (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  • Experience in handling visa applications, legal documentation, and client counseling is highly desirable.
  • Skills and Competencies
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to pitch services, close deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse clients effectively.
  • Customer Service: Strong focus on client satisfaction and delivering a positive experience.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate terms with clients and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making skills to address challenges like application rejections or client queries.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple clients, applications, and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools for managing client records and reporting.
  • Knowledge
  • In-depth understanding of immigration processes, visa types, and eligibility requirements for countries like the Netherlands, Germany, France, and others.
  • Familiarity with labor market conditions, job prospects, and settlement requirements in Western and European countries.
  • Awareness of cultural, social, and economic factors influencing immigration decisions.
  • Language Proficiency
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as German, Dutch, French, or Spanish is an asset.
