About the Role

We're looking for highly experienced Immigration Consultant based in Dubai to manage immigration processes across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

This is a highly client-facing role. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end immigration journey for corporate clients, assignees and their families, while coordinating closely with government authorities, immigration partners, clients and internal teams.

You'll be the calm, confident voice guiding clients through what can otherwise feel like a maze of documentation, approvals and timelines.

If you combine strong immigration expertise with excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and manage expectations under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end immigration processes for employees, assignees and their dependants relocating to or within the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Prepare, review and coordinate the submission of visa, work permit, residence and related immigration applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Manage immigration cases from initiation through to completion, including document collection, application submission, approvals, medicals, biometrics, Emirates ID/Iqama processes and other relevant formalities.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities, immigration departments, labour authorities and external immigration partners to progress applications and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with clients, HR teams, Global Mobility teams, assignees and family members, providing clear guidance on requirements, timelines and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and proactively monitor application progress, deadlines, renewals and expiry dates.
  • Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders and proactively escalate potential delays, risks or compliance issues.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for assignees and clients, providing clear guidance and reassurance throughout the immigration process, particularly when applications are delayed or complications arise.
  • Monitor changes in UAE and KSA immigration, labour and residency regulations and communicate relevant updates and implications to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all cases are handled in line with applicable immigration regulations, client policies, service standards and internal processes.
  • Coordinate with relocation and logistics teams, where required, to ensure a seamless end-to-end relocation experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve immigration processes, enhance client experience and increase operational efficiency.

Key Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in UAE and KSA immigration
  • Strong practical knowledge of UAE and KSA immigration, labour and residency processes.
  • Experience managing immigration cases for corporate employees, assignees and dependants.
  • Experience dealing with relevant government authorities, immigration departments, labour authorities and/or immigration service providers.
  • Strong understanding of immigration documentation, compliance requirements, application processes and timelines.
  • Experience using relevant government portals and immigration/case management systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities.
  • Outstanding client service and communication skills — confident, articulate and calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex or sensitive immigration cases.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in immigration, global mobility or relocation will also be considered.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Immigration-focused with strong attention to detail and a practical understanding of UAE and KSA immigration processes.
  • Client-oriented, with the confidence to communicate directly with senior stakeholders, HR teams and assignees.
  • Calm under pressure, particularly when dealing with delays, urgent cases or unexpected immigration challenges.
  • Proactive and accountable, taking ownership of cases from start to finish rather than simply processing individual tasks.
  • A strong communicator who can explain complex immigration requirements in simple, easy-to-understand language.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn, particularly in relation to evolving UAE and KSA immigration regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UAE and KSA immigration. Candidates with relevant GCC immigration experience and a demonstrated ability to quickly develop KSA expertise will also be considered.
