Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' immigration eligibility based on their unique circumstances, ensuring personalized guidance.
  • Prepare and file immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation, meticulously adhering to legal requirements.
  • Stay updated on constantly changing immigration laws and policies to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
  • Advise clients on the best immigration pathways, including visas, residency, and citizenship options tailored to their needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in law, international relations, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in regulatory frameworks.
  • Certification as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or equivalent, demonstrating specialized knowledge in immigration processes.
  • Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in immigration consulting or legal support, showcasing a proven track record of successful cases.
  • Experience in handling diverse immigration cases, including family sponsorships, work permits, and asylum applications.
