Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media, delivering accurate information about immigration programs for leading destinations.
  • Personalized Consultation: Use ready-made resources while tailoring communication to match each client’s situation and aspirations.
  • Program Advisory: Offer detailed guidance on available pathways and immigration regulations, helping clients make well-informed choices.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain professional, long-term client relationships by offering consistent support and follow-ups throughout their journey.
  • Sales Conversion: Turn leads into signed contracts, achieve set targets, and ensure exceptional client service.
  • Accuracy & Compliance: Handle client information, documentation, and case files with confidentiality and precision.
  • Time & Task Management: Balance multiple calls, cases, and deadlines in a busy work setting.
