- Client Acquisition:Generate and convert leads by identifying clients’ immigration needs through consultations and sales presentations.
- Consultation:Provide expert advice on visa options, immigration programs, and eligibility criteria to help clients achieve their immigration goals.
- Process Guidance:Assist clients in understanding and navigating complex immigration processes, including preparing and submitting required documents and applications.
- Client Management:Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing support and regular updates throughout the immigration journey.
- Sales & Reporting:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintain accurate sales records, and prepare sales reports for management.
- Legal & Policy Adherence:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and policies and ensure all services are compliant.
- Internal Coordination:Collaborate with legal teams, documentation departments, and other internal staff to facilitate timely and accurate case processing.
- Market Awareness:Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and new business within the immigration services sector.
