Position Overview: We are looking for an Immigration Consultant / Senior Immigration Consultant based in Hong Kong (hybrid working model) to manage visa applications and support clients on immigration matters. This role involves visa processing, client communication, case management, and coordination with immigration authorities, ensuring applications are accurate and submitted on time. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end visa applications, maintain client relationships, and track case progress, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong immigration regulations.   Key Duties and Responsibilities:  * Manage the end-to-end Hong Kong inbound visa application process, including preparation and submission arrangement of visa applications, liaising with clients and the Immigration Department, following up on application status and providing timely updates to our clients.  * The consultant will offer insights and guidance on the immigration laws and regulations applicable to Hong Kong, helping clients understand their rights and obligations.  * Provide high level of client services and maintain good relationships with clients and other stakeholders.  * Immigration research as well as research information from different sources.  * Maintaining a full caseload in an organized and efficient manner while adhering to deadlines  * Regularly review cases and pipelines for clients.  * Manage our case management system and client files in accordance with agreed practice protocols.  * Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned.    Requirements  * Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Law, Legal Services, Human Resources or related discipline.  * Working experience in immigration, client service support, project coordination or administration related roles.
