DESCRIPTION

• Craft powerful declarations and cover letters for immigration cases
• Conduct interviews and translate client experiences into narratives
• Provide product/services information and resolve client issues
• Handle high amounts of incoming calls
• Draft immigration forms and manage assigned cases monthly
• Interview clients about hardships and draft detailed declarations
• Collaborate with attorneys to refine legal documents
• Maintain empathy and professionalism in client interactions

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience working in family-based immigration law or equivalent legal writing experience
• Background as a paralegal, law clerk (attorney pending bar admission), or licensed attorney
• Exceptional legal writing skills with a strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English; fluency in Spanish required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and comfort with learning AI-assisted drafting tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to conduct sensitive interviews
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment
• English fluency, able to read, write and speak with complete ease and near perfection
• Some proven customer support experience
• Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities

• This is a 6 month seasonal role.
• After 6 months, you will have the opportunity to join our team as a Legal Assistant. This will be determined by your performance.
• Training will be provided for the Legal Assistant role.
• This is a remote and contract role.
