REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• 1–2 years of experience in immigration law (this experience may be gained post admission and must be in immigration law specifically).
• Admission as a lawyer in Australia.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and lodging visa applications, sponsorship matters, and/or appeals.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage files independently.
• Availability to commence immediately or with minimal notice from your current employer.

We are seeking a solicitor to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position is based in our Sydney CBD office (onsite only). The successful candidate will manage their own files, work directly with clients, and contribute to a broad range of immigration matters.
