Job Title: Immigration Lawyer
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of immigration law practice to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Canadian immigration processes and regulations, and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in various immigration matters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on immigration matters, including but not limited to permanent residency, work permits, study permits, and citizenship applications.
- Prepare and file immigration applications and appeals, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy to effectively advise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the immigration process.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Pay: $55,946.27-$80,000.00 per year
