Description
Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients, addressing queries and providing legal guidance to support their immigration needs. Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations. Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations. Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making. Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients. Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties. Manage and resolve issues and /or escalations due to complex case matters. Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points. Manage multiple and challenging Country business immigration engagements to deliver to our clients. Manage caseworkers and junior associates in case management and immigration law application. Manage client relationships by ensuring accurate and appropriate legal options are provided and discussed. Review work from junior team members and sign-off before submitting advice to clients, authorities or other stakeholders. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Education: University degree 4-5 years of experience in the immigration field You have got strong written and verbal communication skills both in Danish and in English We value experience from leading teams and engagements You have good soft and communication skills Very organized, kind and patient personality Responsible and proactive approach to work Interested on and strives for personal and career growth It will be considered positively if you are able to demonstrate experience and or ability to interpret Danish immigration regulations Can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze Related work experience for example from the relevant authorities or other global mobility consulting firms
