David Hirson & Partners, LLP  Location: Newport Beach, California (On-site)  Job Title: Immigration Paralegal  Salary Range: $60,000–$85,000 per year  Benefits: 401(k), Medical, Vision, and additional benefits David Hirson & Partners, LLP is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our growing business immigration practice. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the end-to-end preparation of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant filings in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional quality and client service. The Immigration Paralegal will work closely with attorneys and internal team to support case preparation, client communication, and filing processes across a wide range of employment-based matters.  Key Responsibilities * Draft and prepare petitions for nonimmigrant and immigrant matters by completing government forms, drafting support letters, organizing supporting documentation, and preparing responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs),including cases such as L-1, H-1B, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5,family-based petitions, and change-of-status matters. * Support attorneys with the coordination and progression of cases from initial intake through filing. Monitor case status and maintain case records and filing deadlines, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.  * Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by providing case updates, requesting required documentation, and responding to case-related questions in a timely and professional manner. * Collaborate with attorneys and internal team members to support high service standards, operational efficiency, and consistent product quality. * Ensure compliance with applicable immigration regulations, firm policies, and internal procedures.
