As an Immigration Paralegal, you will support multinational clients and their employees throughout the U.S. employment-based immigration process. With attorney supervision, you'll be responsible for case preparation, process coordination, and delivering high-quality service with precision and care. Prepare and draft a range of U.S. employment-based immigration petitions and filings, including nonimmigrant visas, PERM labor certifications, immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status applications. Support clients throughout the visa process by responding to inquiries, preparing documentation, and attending meetings when needed. Stay current on U.S. immigration law, policy updates, and best practices to help ensure client compliance. Leverage technology and workflow tools to streamline case processing and improve service delivery. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all filings by applying strong attention to detail and critical thinking. Build and maintain effective relationships with attorneys, clients, and team members. Contribute to a culture of integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
