POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, consulting with clients on their immigration needs, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong sales background and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in immigration services or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of immigration processes and an ability to communicate these clearly to clients (training will be provided).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle client objections effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
  • Experience using CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients who require immigration services through various channels (cold calls, referrals, digital marketing, networking, etc.).
  • Consultative Selling: Understand each client’s unique immigration needs and provide tailored solutions, explaining the services and advantages of HorizonPeak Immigration.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, guiding them through the consultation and application process.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals with prospective clients and maintaining a high conversion rate.
  • Follow-ups and Client Retention: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline and ensure high levels of satisfaction among clients.
  • Market Insight & Reporting: Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and industry trends to offer accurate advice and strategic guidance. Provide feedback and insights on market trends to the management team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and legal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful outcomes.
