Manager, he/she will oversee and manages all aspects of immigration service line for assigned territory/s, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing support to employees navigating the immigration process. Developing and implementing efficient immigration processes, to adapt to changes to law, practice and technologies. Work closely with SMEs and Operational excellence team to drive efficiency in process In-depth knowledge of immigration Case working and Compliance: A strong understanding of relevant regulations and policies is crucial. Growth mindset, understanding business dynamics, and making informed decisions aligned with organizational objectives. Strong leadership abilities, including negotiating, networking, building relationships, decision-making, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels. Able to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and technologies, while maintaining resilience and managing challenges effectively. Strong organizational and project management skills: The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously is vital.
