REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience in immigration law
  • Strong understanding of both private and corporate immigration matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • Confident in client-facing roles and representing clients
  • High attention to detail and time management skills

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE to manage a diverse caseload across both personal and business immigration matters. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, have strong legal knowledge, and demonstrate excellent client care skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle a wide range of personal immigration cases, including:
  • Spouse/partner visas
  • Family reunion applications
  • Asylum, human rights, and EEA applications
  • Naturalisation and British citizenship
  • Appeals and administrative reviews
  • Manage business immigration matters such as:
  • Sponsor licence applications and compliance
  • Skilled Worker and Global Mobility visas
  • Innovator and Start-Up visas
  • Right to work and compliance advisory
  • Prepare and submit high-quality legal applications and representations
  • Liaise with the Home Office, clients, and relevant authorities
  • Represent clients at Immigration Tribunals where appropriate
  • Keep updated with legal developments and Home Office guidance
  • Work to billing targets and maintain accurate case records
