Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Paralegal or Immigration Solicitor (1–3 years PQE) to manage a busy caseload of private and corporate immigration matters. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in advising and representing clients in a variety of immigration applications and appeals, with excellent client care and communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage your own caseload of UK immigration matters with minimal supervision.
  • Advise clients on a range of immigration issues including:
  • Spouse and family visas
  • FLR/ILR and naturalisation
  • EUSS applications
  • Skilled Worker and sponsor licence applications
  • Visit, study, and business visas
  • Asylum, human rights, and appeal cases (if applicable)
  • Prepare and submit high-quality immigration applications and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, the Home Office, and relevant third parties.
  • Attend consultations and take detailed instructions from clients.
  • Keep up to date with changes in immigration law and Home Office policy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, deadlines, and SRA/regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate file records and time recording.
