Fidelis Global FZE is a growing immigration and visa consultancy based in Dubai, helping clients with work permits, tourist visas, business immigration, and global mobility solutions. We are looking for motivated and target-driven professionals to join our expanding sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
• Understand clients' immigration goals and recommend suitable visa or work permit programs.
• Conduct professional consultations and assess client eligibility.
• Explain immigration processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and service fees.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the processing team to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and company services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in immigration, visa consultancy, or B2C sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Hindi, Punjabi, or other languages are an added advantage.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
