Description The Immunology Training Manager will help design and deliver impactful training programs to elevate the knowledge and capabilities of customer-facing teams, including Field Sales, Account Managers, and Nurse Educator roles. Reporting to the Director, Commercial Enablement & Training, this role will play a key part in preparing for an upcoming 2026 product launch. In collaboration with Field Leadership, the Brand Team and various cross-functional partners the manager will lead the planning and execution of onboarding training initiatives that equip teams for launch readiness and sustained success. This is a 12-month contractor role, remote with occasional travel required for training events and key business meetings. Preference will be given to candidates based in the Boston area. Requirements Essential Responsibilities/Scope of the Job · Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs and workshops as required · Identify, design, create, and facilitate effective content that improves the desired outcome for our field teams in partnership with the Director, Commercial Enablement & Training · Manage the processes associated with the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review for appropriate training assets · Responsible for coordinating & facilitating new hire onboarding training · Perform other duties as assigned Personal Attributes Excellent interpersonal skills Customer-centric Collaborative and flexible Highly organized with strong planning capabilities Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and recommending solutions Works with a sense of urgency and efficiency, while maintaining attention to detail Self-starter, with the ability to think creatively and solid problem-solving skills Excels in producing clear and concise communications, both written and verbal Demonstrates critical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills Comfortable with technology and learning/mastering software systems Demonstrated project coordination experience Ability to work and coordinate cross-nationally Demonstrated proficiency across Microsoft Office and associated tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Position Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience 5-8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company within a commercial organization Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Experience with instructional design and facilitating training workshops to small and large groups Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (e.g., mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.) Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines amidst shifting priorities Additional Comments This is a 12-month contractor role, remote with occasional travel required for training events and key business meetings. Preferred Qualifications: · Previous role within Commercial Enablement/Training team · Experience supporting a Launch a plus · Experience in the Immunology therapeutic area and rare disease markets is preferred · Experience building and maintaining relationships across an organization · Experience in the following: Articule360, LMS administration and ETHOS a plus
