This role is instrumental in driving advisor engagement, increasing product adoption, and enhancing the company’s presence in a highly competitive distribution landscape. We work a hybrid schedule, offering flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.

  • Channel Strategy Development:

Define and lead the marketing strategy for the IMO channel aligned with overall business and distribution goals.

  • Campaign Execution:

Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, webinars, events, etc.) to support IMO recruiting, advisor onboarding, and sales enablement.

  • IMO Partner Collaboration:

Serve as the key marketing liaison with IMO partners to understand their needs, co-develop initiatives, and provide marketing support to drive mutual growth.

  • Content & Messaging:

Develop compelling messaging and content tailored to IMO audiences, including advisors, recruiters, and executives, ensuring alignment with brand and regulatory standards.

  • Performance Analysis:

Establish KPIs and track performance of all IMO marketing efforts, using data and feedback to optimize campaigns and communications.

  • Cross-functional Leadership:

Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Corporate Communications to ensure marketing strategies are compliant, timely, and effective.

  • Advisor Experience Enhancement:

Identify opportunities to improve the marketing experience for independent advisors throughout their lifecycle with the company.
