We have extensive expertise in Capital Markets and in particular Trading and Risk Management functions. We are currently looking for a senior IMOS BA to join our team in any of our office locations. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced IMOS Business Analyst with strong commodities trading expertise to support the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of the IMOS platform. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between front office, operations and risk ensuring IMOS solutions align with business processes and trading strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering workshops with trading, operations, risk, finance, and logistics teams. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IMOS configuration and development. Support IMOS implementation, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives. Configure IMOS modules across trade capture, scheduling, chartering, invoicing, and P&L reporting. Analyse and document end-to-end trade lifecycle processes (physical commodities preferred). Support UAT planning and execution, including test scripts and defect management. Work closely with developers and integration teams on interfaces (ERP, risk systems, market data, etc.). Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
