The Social Impact Coordinator will be an integral member of the Global CSR team and work very closely with the Brand and Communications Team and the Public Policy Team. The team’s work spans a broad and diverse range of functions and workstreams, including designing and implementing social, climate and employee impact strategies as well as working collaboratively across disciplines to bring the right resources, expertise, and experience to each aspect of Environmental Social Governance (ESG). The mission of the team is to deliver positive social impact and environmental sustainability through our platform, products and people that increase brand trust and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the CSR advertising credits program efficiently, enabling NGOs and impact partners to grow on TikTok.
  • Educate NGOs and their agencies on TikTok’s advertising solutions, best practices, and campaign strategies to maximize impact.
  • Oversee campaign execution, analyze performance data to generate insights, and optimize advertising offerings.
  • Scale and manage the onboarding process for the TikTok Donation Sticker feature to support in-app fundraising efforts.
  • Collaborate with NGOs, vendors, and internal teams to activate donation stickers for local and global campaigns, including emergency response efforts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless platform experience for NGOs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields such as social sciences, communications, business, operations or management - Experience in managing operating systems, processes and workflow - Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams and externally with NGOs - Passionate about CSR, and motivated to drive positive impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years+ experience working in the space of social impact either in non-profit or corporate settings
  • Strengths in problem-solving and issue-resolution
  • Flexibility in cross time zones and global cooperation
  • Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment
