We provide affordable technology and internet access to individuals and families across the country, helping bridge the digital divide and empower communities. The Impact Initiatives Coordinator supports the organization’s mission by helping track, evaluate, and communicate the outcomes of our programs. This role plays a key part in gathering data, supporting impact teams, and ensuring we understand and demonstrate our impact to funders, partners, and the communities we serve. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to advancing meaningful social change. Key Responsibilities Impact Measurement & Data Support Collect, enter, and maintain accurate program and participant data across evaluation systems. Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement. Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and impact summaries. Ensure data quality by conducting regular audits and follow-ups with impact staff. Impact & Initiative Support Assist impact teams in implementing evaluation tools, surveys, and processes. Help coordinate impact-related activities across regions to ensure consistency and alignment. Provide logistical and administrative support for impact and evaluation initiatives. Promote our mission and services directly in communities we serve as needed. Coordinate with Impact Managers to support impact initiatives through marketing and program visibility. Reporting & Communication Prepare data summaries, charts, and visual materials for internal and external reports. Contribute to impact content for grants, presentations, newsletters, and funder communications. Help translate data findings into accessible, clear insights for diverse audiences. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with Impact Managers, finance and leadership to support organizational impact goals. Respond to internal data requests and provide support for special projects. Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and helping identify opportunities to strengthen programs. Capacity Building Offer basic training and support to staff on data collection tools and evaluation processes. Help maintain documentation and guides related to impact measurement and reporting. Partnership Support Coordinate bulk orders in collaboration with Impact Managers. Liaison with volunteers to ensure each location is setup for success for these programs. Other duties as requested. Requirements 3+ years development experience in a nonprofit or related field preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with exceptional critical thinking and analytical abilities. Proactive, with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work independently. Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe applications. Ability to interpret and work with data (spreadsheets, dashboards, surveys) Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for community service. Ability to travel as needed and reliable transportation required.
