Job Description Implement Consulting Group is a leading consulting firm operating across the Nordics, Germany, Switzerland and the United States. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced “Impact Officer”/ community manager to join our Financial Services team and help drive international business development and operations within Financial Services. Role Overview: The Financial Services Impact Officer (FSIO) will play a pivotal role in coordinating and enhancing our financial services initiatives across our different offices. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage schedules, coordinate teams, monitor pipelines, and drive impactful communication within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, industry expertise, and a passion for driving efficiency and quality in our consulting outputs. The FSIO will be based in Zurich, Switzerland, but will serve the entire Financial Services team in Implement across all global offices. Key Responsibilities: Coordination and Management: Own and coordinate the All-IM Financial Services Target Operating Model (TOM) meeting schedule, including participants, scope, attendance, and pre- and post-productions. Manage international FS bid teams, ensuring seamless connection across locations for key leads and proposals. Pipeline Monitoring and Activation: Monitor the IM-wide Salesforce pipeline for financial services core and adjacent opportunities. Activate the financial services team internationally to contribute to conversion efforts with industry expertise. Industry News and Updates: Provide regular condensed updates on main news flow and events in the financial services industry across all markets. Analyse and interpret important news items through a consulting lens, identifying demand signals and approaching teams proactively. Screen LinkedIn networks for shared contacts and highlight potential connections to respective targets. Event Coordination: Manage the international external events calendar, highlighting events where financial services can contribute or benefit. Ensure local financial services events are on the international radar, supporting follow-up actions to ensure leads are captured and maintained. Coordinate our own curated financial services client and prospect events both locally and internationally. Knowledge Management: Ensure maintenance of the financial services reference-case library internationally. Approach project leads to provide project outcomes for processing into meaningful credentials. Collaborate with AI teams to modernise knowledge database management. Proposal and Prospect Support: Provide immediate proposal support in pre-RfP phases, maintaining quality standards in shaping responses. Drive efficiency in consulting deck production using applied AI. Support prospect meeting preparations and post-meeting processing, ensuring insights are captured and actions are driven. Partnership and Capability Matching: Screen and match capabilities to curate a viable portfolio of partners regionally and internationally. Develop and drive a system to enhance business origination integrated with Salesforce. Continuous Improvement: Learn from the best Impact Officers across Implement Consulting Group to identify best practices and improve our systems.
