Job Description EUROFINS LAB SOLUTION S.r.l laboratorio tessile con sede in Fino Mornasco (CO) è alla ricerca di un impiegato/a amministrativo/Assistente Contabile La risorsa, inserita all'interno dell'ufficio amministrativo, si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Emissione e registrazione fatture clienti Monitoraggio e pagamenti clienti; registrazione incassi e solleciti di pagamento Compilazione di report finanziari mensili Monitoraggio delle spese per le carte di credito e cassa Gestione ordini e pre-fatturazione fornitori nel gestionale aziendale di Eurofins Supportare la struttura amministrativa nella gestione delle attività quotidiane Attività varie di ufficio Qualifications Requisiti Preferenziali: Diploma in ragioneria o similari; Conoscenze informatiche, buon utilizzo del pacchetto Office (in particolare excel) Buon livello di inglese Pregressa esperienza se pur breve in ambito amministrativo.
