Description
Leading an engineering team towards area goals that will include improvement equipment performance and installing new tools for a new fab. Driving fab optimization, max output and yield while reducing operation cost and maintaining the highest quality standards. Support department business processes for new Implant tool installations, as well as existing tool modifications/relocations/removals. Partnering with other local and global counterparts and to identify and use global best-known methods. Addressing large audiences, executives, and technology authorities on sophisticated topics Ensuring you area of responsibility has succession plans for all key positions 5 years experience working as an Equipment Owner within Implant Strong understanding of Semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment Proven experience in leading Implant teams through new tool install Willingness to travel internationally for training purposes Bachelors in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experience Experience with tool install in a Greenfield SemiconductorFab Data Science and/or deep programming experience Experience within a peripheral process/equipment area
