Sturminster Dental Care in Sturminster Newton, Dorset is looking for a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our warm and welcoming team. Based in a beautifully converted creamery and now a modern, 4-surgery practice, we specialise in Implants, Orthodontics, Endodontics, and Cosmetic Dentistry.

As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with our clinicians and patients to coordinate implant and orthodontic treatment plans. You’ll spend at least 2–3 days a week in a dedicated TCO capacity, using your implant knowledge and strong communication skills to guide patients through their treatment journey. The other days will be spent flexing across surgeries.
You’ll have a dedicated desk space in a shared office and access to a private consultation room for patient discussions.

Key Details:

• Full-time role | Monday–Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm
• One day off every 4th week (typically a Monday) Ave 38 hours per week
• Implant TCO focus (approx. 70%) and ClearCorrect/Ortho (approx. 30%)
• Implant nursing support on Mondays when required
• Must have previous implant nursing experience
• Opportunity to develop into the TCO role if you’re not already in it, but implant experience is essential
