Define and communicate the strategic vision for team development and growth. Set ambitious performance targets and provide clear line-of-sight goals to team members. Collaborate with ME and IE teams to validate capacity management for achieving wafer-per-day requirements. Support business processes related to new tool installations and modifications, relocations, or removals of existing tools. Act as a key technical resource, providing support and expertise for Process Engineering, ME, ATE, and TD wafer processing in the HVM facility. Partner with global counterparts and OCT to identify and implement best-known methods across 300 mm operations. Engage large audiences, executives, and technology leaders with presentations on innovative topics, while ensuring succession planning for all key roles. 5+ years of semiconductor process experience in leadership and team management. Bachelor's degree or higher in a science-related field or equivalent Solid understanding of manufacturing team structure, standards, and processes Coaching and mentoring team members supporting their career development Proven success in leading teams and defining and solving complicated problems Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting. Actively seek feedback, evaluate outcomes, and apply lessons learned to improve performance. Assess and mitigate risks to enable sound, informed decision-making on critical issues. Define, communicate, and track short- and long-term goals to drive team success. Proven ability to lead complex projects while effectively presenting technical information and prioritizing tasks.
