As an Implantologist in this prestigious private healthcare group, you will provide advanced implant treatments, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence. You will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans, and performing precise surgical implant procedures. Working alongside a team of experienced dental professionals, you will contribute to an environment that fosters innovation, patient satisfaction, and continuous professional development. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed clinical evaluations and diagnostics to assess suitability for dental implants. Develop tailored implant treatment plans aligned with patient needs and healthcare group standards. Perform surgical placement of dental implants utilizing advanced techniques and technologies. Provide meticulous post-operative care and manage follow-ups to ensure successful patient recovery. Engage patients through education on implant options, procedures, and maintenance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive dental care. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in implantology to maintain and elevate clinical practice standards. Qualifications Dental degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited institution. Certification or specialization in Implantology recognized by relevant dental authorities. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in implant dentistry, preferably within the private healthcare sector. Proficiency in surgical implant placement and restorative dental procedures. Strong patient communication skills with a focus on delivering compassionate care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Valid dental license and malpractice insurance. Commitment to continuous education and staying updated with industry best practices. Doctorate of dental surgery or dental medicine. State license and malpractice insurance. Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required. Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications. Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records. Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics. Good management skills.
