SearchPlus HR is seeking a skilled Implantologist to join our dynamic team of professionals dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative dental solutions. As an Implantologist at SearchPlus HR, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality implant services that improve patients' dental health and overall well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating patients, designing treatment plans, and performing surgical procedures related to dental implants. You will work closely with a team of dental health professionals, ensuring that each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. Core Responsibilities Assess patient needs through detailed examinations and diagnostic evaluations. Create individualized treatment plans for dental implant procedures. Perform surgical placements of dental implants and related procedures. Monitor and manage patient recovery and follow-up care. Educate patients on dental health practices and the benefits of implants. Work collaboratively with dental teams to optimize patient outcomes. Stay updated with advancements in implant technology and procedures. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). Board certification or significant experience in Implantology. Proven track record of successful implant surgical procedures. Strong knowledge of dental materials and technologies relevant to implant dentistry. Exceptional communication skills and patient-centered approach. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented practice. Commitment to continuing education and professional development. Valid state dental license to practice. Doctorate of dental surgery or dental medicine. State license and malpractice insurance. Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required. Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications. Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records. Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics. Good management skills.
Responsibilities
The Implantologist will assess patient needs, create individualized treatment plans, and perform surgical placements of dental implants. They will also monitor patient recovery and educate patients on dental health practices.
