The I&A Associate Director is a critical role, overseeing delivery across a team of implementation planning and activation specialists. As a leader you are responsible for supervising team workflow to ensure client demands are met, team workloads are balanced and ensuring a high level of effective collaboration between team members and key stakeholders.

  • Implement media plan & activations
  • Advise clients on media channels, best in class approach.
  • Roll our clients comms plans into media.
  • Manage client budgets.
  • Manage a team of two & upskill team members in biddable media channels
