  • You are adept at testing - setting up and/or recommending a T&L structure.
  • You have experience with onsite analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and are able to analyse metrics that are tracked on these.
  • You’ve managed Co-ords and Execs, have strong admin skills.
  • You’re technically adept on key platforms (incl Meta, TikTok) and are not afraid to be hands-on with the tools.
  • Automotive exposure is a plus.
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

Location: Sydney

The I&A Manager - Performance ensures seamless execution of the media plan and provides feedback on Performance Directors planning considerations for the future and notes for the client.

  • You will have a combination of hands-on activation duties on key platforms (such as Meta, TikTok) as well as YouTube + search as well as overseeing a performance Executive who will look to you for leadership and guidance.
  • You will manage optimisation and reporting (during and post campaign) of campaigns in ad accounts.
  • Support in any planning and response to brief activity, assisting on large campaigns and managing smaller ones on adhoc basis.
